Pre-ticket sales are available at www.holiday-nights.com. Walk-up ticket purchases will be available also, but waiting lines will be long. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU PRE-PURCHASE your tickets, as this event will sell out. Cash & Credit Card payments are accepted.

Tent dates are reserved ahead of time!
S’more Huts available daily S’more Tents will sell out — book now!

Each tent Includes:
 Themed tent for the evening (hours of operation)
S’more supplies
Hot Chocolate
Private bonfire
Bonfire essentials

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

IS THIS EVENT WEATHER DEPENDENT?
Yes, in the case of severe winter weather, we will make judgement calls to close the event and keep peoples safety our first priority. Please follow us on Facebook or Instagram for weather closures.
WHERE DO I CHECK INTO MY S’MORE HUTS?
Guests that reserved a S’more Tent please check-in at the front gate with your ticket helper. They will advise our staff upon your arrival and we'll get you and your guests checking in.
S’more Tent supplies and tent assignments will be given at check it.
All customers with a S'more Tent reservation skip the lines. Come directly to the front of the line and check in under the sign that says "S'more Hut, Corporate Event Check-in."
*** S’more Tents must be reserved ahead of time. Reserved in advance. No refunds on no-show and cancelled S'more Tents reservations
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE ACCEPTED?
Cash, Credit and Debit options accepted.
DO TICKETS ALLOW RE-ENTRY?
Re-entry is allowed with re-entry stamp. Be sure to get a stamp if you leave and plan to come back the same night.

WILL THERE BE FOOD AND BEVERAGES AVAILABLE ON SITE?
Yes, a variety of food and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the event. No carry in food or beverages are allowed at Holiday Nights. No outside cooler, food or drink may be brought into the event. Baby bottles are allowed, but are checked at entrance with security. No water bottles are not allowed. These policies are strictly enforced.
ARE WAGONS AND STROLLERS ALLOWED?
The Zoo is equipped to handle wagons and strollers, but be advised that the event site will be maintenanced, but it will be winter and ground conditions will vary.

Email info@holiday-nights.com for any questions on lost items. Please put LOST & FOUND in the subject line of your email so we can expedite your request. Onsite Lost & Found will be located at the main Zoo Office. Ask a Holiday Nights staff member for assistance.
CAN WHEELCHAIRS OR ELECTRIC SCOOTERS BE USED ON THE TRAILS?
The snow packed grounds may be difficult to push wheelchairs through the light tour. Please contact us 48 hours prior to attendance for special accommodations.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED AT HOLIDAY NIGHTS?
No pets allowed.
CAN YOU DRIVE THROUGH THE LIGHT TOUR?
Yes. Check the schedule for applicable days.
