Pre-ticket sales are available at www.holiday-nights.com. Walk-up ticket purchases will be available also, but waiting lines will be long. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU PRE-PURCHASE your tickets, as this event will sell out. Cash & Credit Card payments are accepted.

WHERE DO I CHECK INTO MY S’MORE HUTS?
Guests that reserved a S’more Tent please check-in at the front gate with your ticket helper. They will advise our staff upon your arrival and we'll get you and your guests checking in.
S’more Tent supplies and tent assignments will be given at check it.

HOW DOES FOOD AND BEVERAGE WORK AT THE EVENT?
Tickets can be purchased onsite for food and beverage. Food and beverage vendors will NOT accept cash. ATM machines available onsite.
WILL THERE BE FOOD AND BEVERAGES AVAILABLE ON SITE?
Yes, a variety of food and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the event. No carry in food or beverages are allowed at Holiday Nights. No outside cooler, food or drink may be brought into the event.
ARE WAGONS AND STROLLERS ALLOWED?
The Zoo is equipped to handle wagons and strollers, but be advised that the event site will be maintenanced, but it will be winter and ground conditions will vary.
With a fresh dusting of snow we recommend a small sled to pull as an alternative.

CAN WHEELCHAIRS OR ELECTRIC SCOOTERS BE USED ON THE TRAILS?
The snow packed grounds may be difficult to push wheelchairs through the light tour. Please contact us prior to attendance for special accommodations.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED AT HOLIDAY NIGHTS?
No pets allowed.
HOW IS HOLIDAY NIGHTS IMPLEMENTING SOCIAL DISTANCING?
Social distancing is easy at Holiday Nights. With acres of open air, it’s easy to keep 1 candy cane length (6ft) apart from others.
CAN YOU DRIVE THROUGH THE LIGHT TOUR?
We no longer support a drive-thru option.
IS THIS EVENT WEATHER DEPENDENT?
Yes, in the case of severe winter weather, we will make judgement calls to close the event and keep peoples safety our first priority.
