Pre-ticket sales are available at www.holiday-nights.com. Walk-up ticket purchases will be available also, but waiting lines will be long. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU PRE-PURCHASE your tickets, as this event will be very busy on specific event nights. Cash & Credit Card payments are accepted.

S’more tents are designed for 6, but there is additional seating outside with a private picnic table to use as most people spend time around the fire outside .

YES, in the case of severe winter weather, we will make judgement calls to close the event and keep peoples safety our first priority. Please follow us on Facebook or Instagram for weather closures.

Guests that reserved a S’more Tent please check-in at the front gate with your ticket helper. They will advise our staff upon your arrival and we'll get you and your guests checking in.
S’more Tent supplies and tent assignments will be given at check it.
All customers with a S'more Tent reservation skip the lines. Come directly to the front of the line and check in under the sign that says "VIP Check-in."

*** S’more Tents must be reserved in advance. No refunds on no-shows and cancelled S'more Tents reservations.

Cash, Credit and Debit options accepted.

Re-entry is allowed with re-entry stamp. Be sure to get a stamp if you leave and plan to come back the same night.

Yes, a variety of food and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the event. No carry in food or beverages are allowed at Holiday Nights. No outside cooler, food or drink may be brought into the event. Baby bottles are allowed, but are checked at entrance with security. No water bottles are not allowed.

These policies are strictly enforced.

The Zoo is equipped to handle wagons and strollers, but be advised that the event site will be maintenanced according to weather, but it will be winter and ground conditions will vary daily based on outside temps and weather conditions.

Email info@holiday-nights.com for any questions on lost items. Please put LOST & FOUND in the subject line of your email so we can expedite your request. Onsite Lost & Found will be located at the main ZooMontana Office. Ask a Holiday Nights staff member for assistance.

The snow packed grounds may be difficult to push wheelchairs through the light tour.

Please contact us 48 hours prior to attendance for special accommodations.
